Paul Maltzberger came out to adjust our garage door in a condo we recently purchased. He’s the most conscientious service professional I’ve ever met. Did a great job and gave us tips on how install the Lift Master Ap, how to use the camera (didn’t even know we had one), how to extend the life of our backup battery, how to clean the desert dust and debris from our hinges, and check to see if our sensors are aligned.
We are stoked with Besser Bros service on our Garage door. We bought a house with a Besser Installed door and had them come out to service it as it had been 2 yrs.Besser Bros answered the phone, were super friendly, ask the right questions, and booked a service appt.I received SMS/Texts the night before reminding me of the appointment time. The service tech calls and texts when he's on the way with their ETA.The explained what they did, why the services helps extend the life of the rollers etc and runs quieter.Our door runs quietly no loud noises and is smooth as silk.I look forward to having them out again. Hope to get a wall mounted motor in the future to get rid of the chain drive that takes up ceiling space.

Besser Bros. Service Technician James showed up on time at my house on November 14 to repair my roll-up garage door which had been damaged to the extent that a door panel has been dented to the extent that the door couldn't be lowered and a wheel on the edge of the door had come off the track. He made adequate repairs to the panel to allow the door to be raised and lowered by the opener. He also adjusted the wheels so that all were were back in the track. He then gave me a complete estimate as to the cost of the door and opener replacement, should I decide to do that in the future, doing so without any high pressure salespitch. I was very satisfied with his work and timeliness. I used Besser Bros. to make some adjustments to my garage door years ago when we first moved into our home. I wouldn't want to use anyone else and I highly recommend their services.
Called for an emergency visit because I could not close my garage door.Although the office couldn’t guarantee, they could get someone to me that day, they made the magic happen, and a tech showed up at that afternoon. He was terrific, and it took him all of two minutes to fix the door. I even asked him to program my new remote and he was able to do that in no time! Highly recommend this company.
My garage door was stuck in the open position. I couldn't even pull the manual rope to release it. I had appointments and could not leave the house to go to them. Besser understood my emergency so they dispatched a driver. He was there in a half hour. The problem was unusual. The angle of the sunshine this time of year was right on the electric sensor so we got that fixed fast. Then, I needed two new sensors and he installed them. Remarkable and friendly service.
Alex did a fantastic job in replacing our broken 8-year old garage door springs. Much quieter now too!

Thank you to James and Mo for the excellent installation of my Liftmaster 87504-267 garage door opener… I absolutely love it! They were on time, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Once installed, they patiently answered all my questions and taught me how to work the various settings in the controllers. I spent many hours researching openers and companies. Once I decided on a Liftmaster model that fit my needs, choosing Besser Bros for the purchase and installation was a “no brainer”. What a great company!

My garage door came with the house so I didn't choose Besser Bros but it's definitely the luckiest find for my home. I had Paul come out twice to fix the alignment of my door and for another big job. The first time Paul explained to me everything about my garage door, all the features of the motor including camera and backup battery, cycling the battery to make it last longer etc which was very informative because the builder did not say anything during the walkthrough. He aligned my garage door correctly in a matter of 1 minute and greased the arm free of charge! The second time he came I had to get the header replaced on the frame of the garage. That's not Paul's duty but after waiting for more than 1h 30m for the framers to show up he took matters into his own hands. Paul's worked on everything in a house so he knew how to install the header right. After gathering some scrap wood, he did what the framers should have done in the first place and added some backing. Instead of leaving me with a garage door in worse off condition than before the appointment he went the extra mile and improvised to come up with a solution. This is the second time I've seen Paul so I can say with confidence he really does care about doing the job right and taking care of the customer. Paul's got a great attitude even through some adversity and really cares about his job which is so hard to find.

We just purchased a custom wooden garage door from Besser Brothers. We had used them to replace springs on our old garage years ago, and my parents had used them for a new garage door a few years ago as well. We had nothing but positive experiences, so we went to them again when we started an exterior remodel on our home.Martin was assigned to us and was so patient. We had a lot of questions and even changed our door style and look at the last minute. He graciously helped us and kept us updated.When our door was ready, technicians Kyle and Walter came out and continued to give us an amazing experience. They were so kind and helpful. They cleaned, they communicated, and they worked all day during a high temp August day. They still ended the day with smiles and a helpful attitude. They were exceptional!Our door needed a little bit of adjustment and work with new springs, and Besser Brothers was upfront and quickly responded to helping us with this immediately to make sure the door was as smooth as possible.It is rare you have a GREAT Experience with a business in every area, but we did have 100% outstanding service in all ways from Besser Brothers.
I just have to say after I went to Home Depot to install a new garage door and opener I didn’t get the high lift track so I called for a year trying to find someone to do it. I used Besser Bros years ago and thought ok I’ll call so when I did Martin came out looked at everything was very personable and explained everything . He gave me a quote the next day and I scheduled it . James came out and what we thought would take 4 hours took 8 hours with cutting pieces ect to make it work. They worked all day so hard and by the end of the day it was perfect!!!! . Use them! They are by far the best at what they do .

We had a service request to get our weather striping secured and Paul was amazing. He not only took care of our issue, but was nice enough to grease a squeaky garage door. To take it a step further, he took the time to program our remote for both doors and then taught me how to open the garage in case our power went out, and also to preserve and extend the backup battery life. Service was first class. Arrived on time. Garage door opener was on its last leg. Our tech repaired it and told us it was only a temporary fix but got us thru the holidays.
